555game Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistani Players

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 555game ("we", "us", "the Platform", "555game"). By accessing, registering on, or using the 555game website at https://555game.click, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using 555game immediately and not create an account. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms are written in English and governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which 555game operates. In the event of a translation being made available, the English version shall take precedence in all disputes.

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use 555game. By creating an account you confirm that you are 18 or older. 555game reserves the right to request proof of age at any point and to suspend any account where we have reason to believe the account holder may be under 18. Any winnings earned on an underage account will be forfeited and the account permanently closed.

In addition to the age requirement, the following eligibility conditions must be met:

• You are accessing 555game voluntarily and for personal entertainment only.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party, employer or business entity.

555game does not knowingly allow access to players from jurisdictions where online betting is explicitly prohibited. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of 555game complies with the laws of their local jurisdiction.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) 555game account. Creating duplicate accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being permanently closed and any balances across those accounts being forfeited. If you have forgotten your login credentials, use the password recovery option rather than creating a new account.

When registering on 555game you are required to provide accurate, truthful and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address and mobile number. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure without return of funds.

• Username: Must be unique and must not impersonate any other person, brand or entity.
• Password: You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. 555game will never ask for your password via email, chat or phone.
• Mobile Number: Must be a valid Pakistani mobile number. Used for account security and verification.
• Identity Verification (KYC): 555game may request a copy of your CNIC, passport or other government-issued ID before processing your first withdrawal or at any point during your account history. This is standard practice across the industry and protects against fraud and money laundering.

All deposits and transactions on 555game are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. 555game accepts the following payment methods for Pakistani players:

• Easypaisa (mobile wallet)
• JazzCash (mobile wallet)
• NayaPay (digital bank)
• SadaPay (digital bank)
• Bank transfer via IBFT
• Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards

Deposits are credited to your 555game wallet in real time for mobile wallet methods. Bank IBFT transfers may take up to two business hours depending on your bank's processing schedule. 555game does not charge fees on deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own charges.

555game reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds for any deposit, particularly where large or unusual transaction patterns are identified. This is part of our anti-money laundering (AML) compliance obligations.

Withdrawal requests are processed in PKR to the payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless an alternative method has been approved through the 555game KYC process. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for standard accounts, though withdrawals above Rs 500,000 per day may require additional verification.

Withdrawal processing times on 555game depend on your VIP tier:

• Platinum VIP: Instant processing, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• Gold VIP: Processing within 2 minutes during business hours; within 15 minutes at other times.
• Silver VIP: Processing within 15 minutes for mobile wallet withdrawals; up to 2 hours for bank IBFT.
• Standard Account: Processing within 30 minutes for mobile wallet withdrawals; up to 4 hours for bank IBFT.

Withdrawals may be delayed or held pending review where: (a) identity verification has not been completed; (b) a bonus with active wagering requirements is attached to the account balance; (c) there are reasonable grounds for suspicion of fraudulent activity; or (d) the 555game risk and compliance team requires additional information.

555game offers a range of bonuses and promotions to new and existing Pakistani players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms displayed on the relevant promotion page in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence for that particular offer.

General rules that apply to all 555game bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household and per device.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated on the promotion page (e.g., 20x means you must wager the bonus amount twenty times before withdrawal is permitted).
• Different games contribute differently to wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 15–20%, and sports bets contribute 100% unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses expire 30 days after being credited to your account unless a different expiry period is stated on the promotion page.
• If a withdrawal is requested before wagering requirements are met, 555game reserves the right to deduct the bonus amount and any bonus-derived winnings from the withdrawal.

All sports and cricket bets placed on 555game are subject to the following general betting rules. Sport-specific rules are available within each betting market.

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is only confirmed once you receive a booking confirmation from 555game. Bets not confirmed due to technical errors, odds changes or market suspension are void and stakes are returned.
• Minimum Stake: Rs 50 per bet. Maximum stakes vary by market and event, and are displayed in the bet slip before confirmation.
• Odds Changes: Live betting odds change rapidly. 555game accepts bets at the odds displayed at the moment of confirmation. If odds change between your bet submission and confirmation, the system will notify you before confirmation.
• Void Bets: Bets may be voided where: an event is abandoned; official results are not declared within 36 hours; an obvious pricing error occurred; or market manipulation is suspected.
• Live Betting: Live (in-play) bets are accepted subject to data availability. Bets placed after the relevant event outcome (e.g., after a wicket falls) will be voided if 555game determines the bet was placed with knowledge of the outcome.
• PSL & Pakistan Cricket: For Pakistan Super League matches, all markets are settled on official PSL results. Matches reduced by weather to a D/L result are settled according to the official DLS outcome. Abandoned PSL matches are voided unless a result is declared via DLS before the minimum completion threshold.

555game reserves the right to limit the maximum winnings per event or per market at any time. Players attempting to exploit arbitrage opportunities, pricing errors or technical glitches will have those bets voided and their account reviewed.

The 555game live casino is powered by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. In addition to these Terms, the rules of each individual live casino game govern the outcome of every round. Game rules are accessible within each live table lobby.

• Live casino games are played using real equipment (cards, roulette wheels) in regulated studios. Outcomes are determined by physical processes and cannot be influenced by software or 555game.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino round, any open bet will be settled according to the official round result once the round completes. If a round cannot be completed due to a technical failure on the provider's side, the round will be voided and stakes returned.
• Chat functionality in live casino games must be used respectfully. Abusive, offensive or harassing language directed at dealers or other players will result in chat access being removed and potentially account suspension.
• The minimum and maximum bet limits for each live table are displayed within the game lobby. Limits may differ between standard, VIP and promotional table variants.

Aviator crash game rounds are determined by a provably fair RNG. Players can verify the fairness of any completed round using the seed values displayed after each crash. 555game does not have the ability to influence Aviator crash points after betting for a round has opened.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 555game. Engaging in any of these activities will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balance and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Multi-accounting: Creating more than one account per person for any purpose.
• Bonus abuse: Attempting to exploit bonus terms, using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or any coordinated bonus-farming activity.
• Arbitrage betting: Systematically placing bets across multiple outcomes or platforms to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, particularly where pricing errors are being exploited.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker or any other multi-player game.
• Money laundering: Depositing funds for any purpose other than genuine gaming, including depositing and withdrawing without meaningful play to launder the source of funds.
• Chargeback fraud: Filing payment disputes or chargebacks with your payment provider after funds have been used for betting on 555game.
• Use of bots or automated software: Using any automated system, script or software to interact with 555game, place bets or exploit games.
• Identity fraud: Using another person's identity, payment method or account credentials.

555game reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time when requested.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or collusion.
• Provision of false or inaccurate registration information.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy).
• Player request for self-exclusion under our responsible gaming programme.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach (e.g., player request, inactivity), the verified balance will be returned to the player's most recently used PKR payment method within 5 business days.

Players may close their 555game account voluntarily at any time by contacting support at support@555game.click. Requests will be processed within 24 hours.
